The Green Thing

"The Green Thing" that's what we used to call the one at the end of our block when we were kids.  It was a bit of a landmark for the kids, we'd say things like "meet you at the green thing" or "race you to the green thing"  and everyone knew what you were talking about.  Now they've  mostly been replaced with green metal boxes, so it was fun to find this oldschool concrete one.
